Bacon, Eggs and Toast In A Cup via confusinglysimple and baconbaconbacon.
I’ve made these. They are yummy. There are no directions with this picture so I’ll do the world a favor.
Butter the holes in a muffin pan for as many as you’re going to make.
Jam a slice of bread into each hole.
Drop an egg into each.
Salt. Pepper.
Bacon.
Bake at, oh, 350 til the egg is cooked the way you like it, maybe 25 min.

Bacon-molasses butter! I may have to make this to go with our prime rib tomorrow. UPDATE: Not nearly as good as you would expect. Maybe with half the molasses it would have potential. And I can see how it would be better on a regular grilled steak than a rib roast, but really, I’d just stick with some bacon and herb butter and skip the molasses—and I generally like molasses.

I think the NYT is really missing out by not making their videos available to embed—it’s missing out in ways too numerous to list here, but that’s beside the point—but the video on this page, I think, captures the essence of what I like so much about Mark Bitten.
Mark Bitten sets off a chorus of consonance in the comments when he realizes his common pasta recipe has 7 ingredients starting with P. Lots of great alliterative recipe ideas!
